Sensei Jean-René Leduc has devoted his life learning about Aikido's principles.


Biography
Jean-René Leduc began his aikido training with William Gleason Sensei in 1980 in Boston while also studying Macrobiotic way of living and principles of Ying and Yang in daily practice. In 1987 Leduc moved to Japan to deepen his aikido studies with Yoshinobu Takeda Sensei, founder and chief instructor of Aikido Kenkyukai International. Through his affiliation with Takeda Sensei, he also met and trained extensively under Seigo Yamaguchi Sensei at The Zoshukan private dojo and Meiji University dojo.
In 1992 Leduc returned to Canada to establish a training and retreat center for the study of aikido in the Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia.
